REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

We understand that customers may change their minds after purchasing products therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy. For health and safety reasons we can only accept products back or exchange if the product has been unsealed and unused. 

A'MAI will closely inspect the orders before accepting them and reserves the right to deny returns that, do not meet the return or exchange policy, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

HOW TO RETURN
To send items back to us you'll need to email us at amai.cosmetics@outlook.com  or fill out the contact form.
Please mention the reason for your return/exchange using the codes below numbers 01-04 and indicate whether a refund or exchange is wanted.

01 – Item damaged on Arrival

02 – Item Faulty

03 – Product no longer required/Changed mind

04 – Incorrect Product Received

Please note we will request photo evidence if needed.
